Not only are menu cards a wonderful continuum of painstakingly planned table decor, but also a cheap and easy way to be mindful of guests dietary requirements.
Giving guests a heads up of the exact menu to follow will allow individuals time to make their server aware of any allergies or food preferences early on, rather then watching friends and family devour their meal while waiting.
Though banquet halls are equipped to accommodate an assortment of requests, it may be difficult for the kitchen to whip up your vegan dinner with a preference of no red or green peppers, not to mention a pepper and olive oil allergy in a matter of seconds.
To ensure you are dancing the funky chicken, don’t be a chicken and speak up in advance to the host / service staff that you would really prefer not to eat one!
